I’m a smart woman with a lot of drive.

This served me well in academia and the early part of my career, but after receiving 4 promotions in 5 years, I hit a brick wall.

The same traits that allowed me to achieve and succeed – Type A, perfectionist, ambitious, driven, need to please + control – went unregulated and I found myself exhausted and sick.

But even worse, I neglected my husband and found myself in severe relationship strain.

I didn’t want to live an overextended and disconnected life.

I took 100% responsibility for myself and completely transformed myself from a self-important workaholic to a woman who is present, content, able to fully love, and let go.

And I did all of this while still working in a corporate job. Yep, this is possible.
